Our 30 minute high intensity Turbo Kicker boxing class is an excellent source of cardio/endurance training. It focuses on heavy bag technique and will help you improve your form, breathing, footwork, stance and more. It was designed as an add-on class for those who want to give their regular routine a little extra “kick.”
Our Turbo Kicker class is only offered from 8:00am-8:30am so it fits perfectly as a warm up to our 8:30am 60 minute boot camp class or an extra cardio workout after our 60 minute 7:00 am Boot camp class giving you a total of 90 calorie burning minutes. Or if you are pressed for time its a good 30 minute stress relieving workout.
