Using our proven Bear Pit Fight Diet plan. We will help you push yourself to new heights of fitness, muscle strength, and personal power through diet and Mixed Martial Arts conditioning and training.
In addition to full access to regularly scheduled Bear Pit Boot Camp classes this package also includes 45 minute sessions per week with Coach. Wednesdays at 6pm, Friday at 5pm & Sunday 1130am
