Our four-week Women’s Self Defense Workshop goes a step beyond the introductory two-hour session. With repeated drills and more in-depth training, you are more likely to remember and be able to utilize the life-saving techniques demonstrated in the class. This hands-on workshop will pair you with a partner so that you experience the attack and defense modes first-hand. Each week’s workshop builds upon information learned in previous weeks to improve your skills and develop the mindset necessary to use them. This course can literally save your life or the life of a woman you love.
